The FuelPlus/EFM Tankering module assists flight operations in the calculation of tankering fuel by providing daily location average prices and tankering exceptions. The module also calculates tankering recommendations per leg / aircraft type and enables the supervision of tankering compliance.
Tankering areas supported:
Tankering Base Data Management
- Manage tankering instruction codes: The user can display, create, modify, or delete codes (and related descriptions) that are available for the definition of tankering instructions.
- Manage reasons for tankering instructions: The user can display, create, modify, or delete tankering reasons that are used to specify tankering instructions.
Tankering
- Manage tankering exceptions per location: The user can display, create, or delete tankering exceptions for a given location.
- Export average prices per station and customer: The system generates a data file which contains the average fuel price per location and customer.
- Export tankering exceptions: The system generates a data file which contains all effective tankering exceptions.
- Load flight operation plan: The system loads a data file which contains flight operation plan data calculated for individual flight events as for example the recommended offblock fuel quantity.
- Capture and maintain flight OPS recommended fuel-on-board volume: The user can display, create, modify, or delete flight operation plans which contain planning data as for example the recommended offblock fuel quantity.
Reporting
- Report tankering saving and loss for sector: The user can generate a report which contains tankering savings and losses for a given sector calculated using location average prices and aircraft type fuel economy factors.
- Report tankering recommendations: The user can generate a report which contains tankering recommendations for a given area / city pair and a given period calculated using location average prices and aircraft type fuel economy factors.
- Report operational performance: The user can generate a report which contains recommended fuel on board, actual fuel on board, loss due to non-compliance and different variation factors for given flight events.
