• GUI based on EXTJS-Framework, running in browser. EXTJS is one of the mostly used javascript libraries in the world for setting up browser based GUIs which behave like desktop applications plus offering modern web functionalities such as linking all kind of information. More information on the EXTJS framework can be found on the EXTJS internet page: http://www.extjs.com.
• The application server parts contain the link between the GUI and the FuelPlus database (which is the same as for FuelPlus 4.0), which holds data and business logic. The application server software will be generated, making it most reliable and fast.
• Deployment will be done as java.war file. FuelPlus 5.0 can be deployed on the most commonly used java enabled application servers such as Tomcat or Glassfish, for example.

Furthermore, the general design of the pages has been fixed and is ready now for demonstration.

We invite all FuelPlus users to webinars, planned for the end of April. In these webinars we will demonstrate the new GUI features showing general layout, common features, and some example dialogs of the FuelPlus 5.0 application.
